Who you're dealing with

SlackerPlan is provided by STZ Solutions, a company registered in Poland at ul. Meteorologów 27, 40-526 Katowice (EU VAT PL5532588522). Contact: contact@slackerplan.com. Paddle.com Market Limited acts as our merchant of record for payments and handles VAT/sales tax on our behalf.

What you get

A web app + PWA called SlackerPlan: Quick List, Day Planner, Roadmaps. Best-effort uptime, no SLA.

Subscription & trial

• $3.99/month or $38/year. 7-day free trial; you provide a card up front, billing starts only after the trial ends.
• Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no pro-rated refunds.
• If a payment fails, your account becomes read-only for 30 days while we let you fix it — your data stays safe.

Refunds & right of withdrawal

Billing only starts after the 7-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial at no charge from Settings → Manage subscription — nothing will be billed.

EU/EEA/UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on distance contracts. Because we don't charge during the 7-day trial, you can withdraw simply by cancelling before the trial ends and you will never be billed. After a paid period begins, cancellation takes effect at the end of that period and we do not pro-rate refunds for unused time.

For refund requests on a specific charge, email contact@slackerplan.com — we review case-by-case and process approved refunds through Paddle.

Acceptable use

• One account per person.
• No scraping, no automated abuse, no using SlackerPlan to store illegal content or to attack third parties.
• We may suspend accounts that breach this without notice if needed to protect other users or the service.

Changes

We can update these terms; we'll email account holders when something material changes. Continuing to use SlackerPlan after a change means you accept it.
